This Privacy Policy describes how the Kind Neighbors app collects, uses, and protects user data. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

We collect your phone number (for identification), name or nickname, profile photo (optional), departure point coordinates, route addresses, departure time, and trip comments.

Data is used solely to display your marker on the map to users with the opposite role, and for chat messaging. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

The app requests location access only to center the map on your position. We do not track your real-time movement. You place the departure point manually.

Profile and trip data is stored in a secure database. Login credentials are stored locally on your device as a hash. We never store passwords in plain text.

You can delete your map marker at any time. For full account and data deletion, contact support.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. Please do not share your password with others.

We may update this policy. For significant changes we will notify users. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.

By registering, the user consents to the processing of personal data by the operator. The consent covers the purposes, categories, actions and retention period specified in the User Agreement. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by deleting the account or via support.

Personal data is stored in the app's database. Some data may be processed using technical means located outside the Russian Federation. In such cases the operator takes measures to protect data in accordance with 152-FZ.

The user has the right to: receive information about the processing of their data; request correction, blocking, or deletion; withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app feedback form.
